Delivery Policy

At Mgarr Farms we will deliver with our own vehicles and staff, to ensure that our products arrives fresh and in a good condition to your address. We deliver only to the front door so we will inform you while we are there and you can come and pick it up.

We try as much as we can to keep green and minimise our carbon footprint by shorter routes. We manage our routes in a way that we can please both you and the environment, therefore we cannot guarantee to be exactly on your requested time, although we will do our best to keep in time. If you order till noon, we will deliver the next day between noon and 4pm. If you order between 4pm and 8pm, we will deliver earliest the next day between 4pm and 8pm. If you order after 8pm, we will deliver earliest the following day between noon and 4pm. Orders done on Friday after 8pm, will be delivered Monday between noon and 4pm. We will also introduce the express delivery in future to give you a better way and experience in shopping for your fruit and vegetables.

We train our staff to handle and deliver the goods as they are harvested from the field. It can be possible that occasionally a damage may occur on delivery. Although time is very limited, we would be happy to wait until you take your time to inspect your order on delivery. We will take every care in delivering your order but we cannot be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or loss of profits you may incur if we fail to deliver the goods to you. Our policy on damaged produce does not affect your statutory rights.
